Bofrost is een onderneming waarbij u online diepvriesproducten kunt kopen. Uw eerste bestelling gebeurt via de website en daarna komt een medewerker maandelijks bij u aan de deur.<\/p>\n

Na uw eerste bestelling zal Bofrost ongeveer maandelijks bij u langskomen. Zij brengen u van de bezoeksdatum op de hoogte via telefoon of per post. Er geldt echter geen aankoopverplichting dus u kan zeker tegen de verkoper zeggen dat u niets wenst.<\/p>\n

Bezoek annuleren of verplaatsen<\/h4>\n

Wilt u een bezoek annuleren of verplaatsen dan dient u de klantendienst te verwittigen via 016\/98 19 19.<\/p>\n

Bofrost opzeggen<\/h4>\n

Het is de begrijpen dat u niet elke keer \u201cNee\u201d durft te zeggen wanneer de verkoper langskomt, maar ondertussen zit uw diepvries overvol met producten die u niet eet. Wanneer u definitief wil stoppen met het aankopen van Bofrost producten dient u uw plaatselijke vestiging te contacteren. Het kan ook zijn dat u telefonisch wordt benaderd om iets te kopen of om opnieuw \u2018lid\u2019 te worden, wanneer u dit niet meer wenst, kunt u uzelf afmelden via de website bel-me-niet-meer.be<\/a>.<\/p>\n
