Au d\u00e9part, sepastop.eu ne s\u2019appelait pas \u00ab\u00a0sepastop.eu\u00a0\u00bb. Nous avons commenc\u00e9 sous le nom de \u00ab Direct Opzeggen<\/strong> \u00bb, un service uniquement propos\u00e9 en Flandre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pourquoi avons-nous lanc\u00e9 sepastop.eu ?<\/strong> Nous avons v\u00e9cu un moment aux Pays-Bas et, lors de notre d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement en Belgique, nous avons rencontr\u00e9 beaucoup de difficult\u00e9s<\/strong> \u00e0 r\u00e9silier nos contrats n\u00e9erlandais. Longs temps d\u2019attente au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, collaborateurs antipathiques, proc\u00e9dures de r\u00e9siliation complexes, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une fois revenus en Belgique, nous avons d\u00e9couvert que nous n\u2019\u00e9tions pas les seuls \u00e0 rencontrer ce probl\u00e8me<\/strong>. Ici non plus, il n\u2019est pas \u00e9vident d\u2019annuler des contrats. Il n\u2019existait pas encore de site Web pour aider les consommateurs belges \u00e0 le faire et Nathan, le fondateur, a mis les mains \u00e0 la p\u00e2te !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peu de temps apr\u00e8s, en janvier 2015<\/strong>, le site Direct Opzeggen \u00e9tait pr\u00eat pour son lancement. Cette aventure \u00e9tait naturellement palpitante et, petit \u00e0 petit, les utilisateurs ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver notre site pour envoyer leur lettre de r\u00e9siliation via notre service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En constant que la plateforme marchait bien<\/strong>, nous avons rapidement cr\u00e9\u00e9 le site wallon<\/a>, resilier.be, en mai\u00a02015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Direct Opzeggen” devient sepastop.eu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Les deux sites ont rencontr\u00e9 un franc succ\u00e8s et nous avons rapidement \u00e9t\u00e9 bien occup\u00e9s<\/strong>. Leen, la petite amie de Nathan, a rejoint le projet \u00e0 mi-temps pendant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2015. Un an plus tard, elle en faisait son emploi \u00e0 plein temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outre les informations sur les r\u00e9siliations, nous avons constat\u00e9 que nous recevions beaucoup de questions sur les domiciliations<\/strong> et leur annulation. Les choses n\u2019\u00e9taient pas claires pour de nombreux consommateurs et nous voulions les aider. Peu de temps apr\u00e8s, vers la fin de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2015<\/a>, Direct Opzeggen est devenu sepastop.eu<\/strong>, que les visiteurs pouvaient consulter pour trouver des informations sur les domiciliations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

sepastop.eu s\u2019\u00e9largit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Lors du lancement de sepastop.eu, nous nous sommes \u00e9galement ouverts aux consommateurs n\u00e9erlandais<\/a> et fran\u00e7ais<\/a>. Notre nom \u00e9tant \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent plus \u00ab\u00a0europ\u00e9en\u00a0\u00bb, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de nous implanter dans les pays voisins<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un an plus tard, en ao\u00fbt\u00a02016<\/a>, venait le tour de l\u2019Allemagne<\/a> et une bonne ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s, en octobre\u00a02017<\/a>, notre site \u00e9tait \u00e9galement disponible en Autriche<\/a>. Le march\u00e9 allemand et autrichien est actuellement le plus petit, mais il grandit pas \u00e0 pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le site n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 le seul \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper, notre \u00e9quipe s\u2019est aussi agrandie<\/strong>. Elle compte aujourd\u2019hui 7 collaborateurs<\/a>. Ces derniers nous aident \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le marketing \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, le service client\u00e8le et les questions juridiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
