28 november 2015 – wilt u een domicili\u00ebring blokkeren? Dit kan via uw bank. Via online banking vindt u meestal makkelijk een overzicht van uw domicili\u00ebringen terug. Hier kunt u uw domicili\u00ebring beheren en blokkeren.<\/p>\n

Let op! BLOKKEREN \u2260 STOPZETTEN: <\/b>enkel blokkeren is niet genoeg! U dient uw domicili\u00ebring ook nog stop te zetten (lees meer<\/a>).<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

U kunt uw domicili\u00ebringen op <\/span>3 verschillende manieren<\/b> blokkeren:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. op rekeningnummer<\/strong>: al de domicili\u00ebringsopdrachten naar dit rekeningnummer zullen geblokkeerd worden.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. op naam van de leverancier<\/strong>: al de domicili\u00ebringsopdrachten naar dit bedrijf zullen geblokkeerd worden.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          1. op mandaatreferte\/domicili\u00ebringsopdracht<\/strong>: hiermee blokkeer je 1 specifieke domicili\u00ebring.
            \n<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            \nDe laatste methode is de meest gebruikte manier om een domicili\u00ebring te blokkeren. Indien u in de toekomst toch nog eens een contract afsluit bij dezelfde leverancier zal de domicili\u00ebring zonder problemen kunnen doorgaan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            <\/a>Let op! Domicili\u00ebring BLOKKEREN \u2260 STOPZETTEN<\/span><\/h2>\n

            Uw domicili\u00ebring blokkeren is echter niet genoeg.<\/b> Sinds 2014 is de regelgeving veranderd en dient u uw domicili\u00ebring stop te zetten <\/span>via uw leverancier<\/b> en kunt u dit <\/span>niet meer via uw bank<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Wanneer u enkel uw domicili\u00ebring blokkeert via uw bank, zal de leverancier geen geld meer van uw rekening kunnen afhalen. De domicili\u00ebring loopt echter wel gewoon door. De leverancier zal blijven proberen om de betaling uit te voeren en u uiteindelijk een aanmaning tot betaling sturen incl. kosten (!) voor het niet op tijd betalen van uw factuur. Dit zal hij blijven doen tot dat u de domicili\u00ebring stopzet.<\/p>\n

            Hoe kan ik mijn domicili\u00ebring stopzetten?<\/span><\/h2>\n

            Om een domicili\u00ebring stop te zetten moet u dit laten weten aan uw leverancier (Telenet<\/a>, Electrabel<\/a>, Basic-Fit<\/a>,…). Dit doet u door een brief te schrijven en deze op te sturen naar uw leverancier. Deze verstuurt u best via een aangetekende zending, zo bent u 100% zeker en heeft u een bewijs in geval dat uw leverancier uw aanvraag betwist.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Op onze website, sepastop.eu<\/a>, vindt u modelbrieven voor meer dan 200 Belgische leveranciers. Indien u wenst kunt u uw SEPA-stopzettingsbrief via onze site meteen online aangetekend verzenden.<\/p>\n

            Er is dus een groot verschil tussen blokkeren en stopzetten. Wanneer u uw domicili\u00ebring hebt stopgezet via uw leverancier kunt u deze daarna ook blokkeren via de bank, maar niet andersom!<\/b><\/p>\n
