Als je ooit hebt geprobeerd een abonnement op te zeggen bij Vodafone<\/a> \/ Ziggo<\/a>, ben je waarschijnlijk wel bekend met hun “Behoudteam”. Dit getalenteerde team van professionele achterdeur-bewakers heeft maar \u00e9\u00e9n doel: jou binnenhouden<\/strong>, koste wat het kost. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In een recente vacature<\/a> voor het VodafoneZiggo Behoudteam wordt de taak van de medewerker kort samengevat met de woorden: “je houdt de achterdeur dicht<\/strong>“. Is dit een subtiel signaal dat VodafoneZiggo zich meer bezighoudt met klanten binnenhouden dan met het voorzien in de behoeften van hun klanten? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In een tweede vacature<\/a> winden ze er geen doekjes meer rond. Wanneer een klant opzegt is het jouw taak om hem\/haar te overtuigen om toch maar te blijven. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wat? <\/strong>Als een klant opzegt, dien je de keuze te respecteren en de opzegging simpelweg keurig te verwerken<\/strong>. Zo denken wij er toch over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wat ons bij Sepastop zorgen baart, is het feit dat bedrijven als VodafoneZiggo het nog steeds moeilijk maken voor klanten om op te zeggen. In plaats van een eenvoudig en transparant opzegproces, worden klanten verplicht te onderhandelen met een behoudmedewerker die er alles aan zal doen om ze te weerhouden van opzeggen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We willen benadrukken dat we niet tegen het idee zijn van te luisteren naar je klanten – in tegendeel – of het bieden van extra voordelen, maar het moet wel in het belang van de klant zijn en niet enkel gericht op het “dicht houden van de achterdeur”. Klanten moeten de vrijheid <\/strong>hebben om te kiezen en bedrijven dienen hun keuze te respecteren<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
