Pour r\u00e9silier votre abonnement il vous suffit d\u2019envoyer une lettre recommand\u00e9e avec accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception \u00e0 votre Service Client. Quelle que soit la dur\u00e9e d\u2019engagement qu\u2019il vous reste \u00e0 honorer, si vous choisissez de changer pour un contrat Red by SFR en passant par votre plateforme Virgin Mobile vous pourrez changer d\u2019op\u00e9rateur sans aucun frais de r\u00e9siliation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Frais de r\u00e9siliation<\/strong>
\nSi vous souhaitez quitter Virgin Mobile avant la fin de votre p\u00e9riode d\u2019engagement minimale, vous devrez payer la totalit\u00e9 des mensualit\u00e9s restant dues pour la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e. Plus, si vous aviez un engagement 24 mois, le \u00bc des sommes dues au titre de la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e. Si vous attendez que votre abonnement soit r\u00e9sili\u00e9 pour cause de cessation d\u2019activit\u00e9 de Virgin Mobile vous n\u2019aurez aucun frais de r\u00e9siliation \u00e0 payer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nSi vous souhaitez quitter Virgin Mobile \u00e0 la fin de votre engagement, sachez qu\u2019il est reconduit mensuellement \u00e0 partir de la fin de la p\u00e9riode minimale de 12 ou 24 mois.
