Gr\u00e2ce aux services bancaires en ligne, vous pouvez g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement facilement trouver une liste de vos domiciliations. Sur cette liste, vous pouvez g\u00e9rer et bloquer votre domiciliation.<\/p>\n

Veuillez noter ! BLOQUER \u2260 R\u00c9SILIER : bloquer ne suffit pas ! Vous devez \u00e9galement r\u00e9silier votre domiciliation (en savoir plus<\/a>).<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Vous pouvez bloquer vos domiciliations de trois mani\u00e8res diff\u00e9rentes<\/strong> :<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Num\u00e9ro de compte<\/strong> : toutes les domiciliations seront bloqu\u00e9es pour ce compte.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Nom du fournisseur<\/strong> : toutes les domiciliations seront bloqu\u00e9es pour cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. R\u00e9f\u00e9rence de mandat<\/strong> : vous permet de bloquer une op\u00e9ration d\u00e9bitrice sp\u00e9cifique.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    La derni\u00e8re m\u00e9thode est la plus utilis\u00e9e pour r\u00e9silier une domiciliation. Si, \u00e0 l’avenir, vous signez un contrat aupr\u00e8s du m\u00eame fournisseur, vous pourrez ais\u00e9ment remettre une domiciliation en place.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Veuillez noter ! BLOQUER \u2260 R\u00c9SILIER<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Cependant, bloquer votre domiciliation ne suffit pas<\/strong>. Depuis 2014, les r\u00e8gles ont chang\u00e9, et vous devez r\u00e9silier votre domiciliation aupr\u00e8s de votre fournisseur<\/strong>, et non plus aupr\u00e8s de votre banque<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Si vous vous contentez de bloquer votre domiciliation aupr\u00e8s de votre banque, le fournisseur ne pourra plus retirer de l\u2019argent de votre compte. Toutefois, la domiciliation continue \u00e0 fonctionner comme d’habitude. Le fournisseur va donc continuer \u00e0 essayer de faire effectuer le paiement et finira par vous envoyer une demande de paiement, en y ajoutant des frais pour ne pas avoir pay\u00e9 votre facture \u00e0 temps. Cela continuera jusqu’\u00e0 ce que vous ayez r\u00e9sili\u00e9 votre domiciliation.<\/span><\/p>\n

    <\/a>Comment puis-je r\u00e9silier ma domiciliation ?<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Pour r\u00e9silier une domiciliation, vous devez prendre contact avec votre fournisseur (Voo<\/a>, Electrabel<\/a>, Basic-Fit<\/a>, etc.). Vous pouvez faire cela en \u00e9crivant une lettre et en l\u2019envoyant \u00e0 votre fournisseur. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de l\u2019envoyer par courrier recommand\u00e9, pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr \u00e0 100 % d\u2019avoir une preuve dans le cas o\u00f9 votre fournisseur contesterait votre demande.<\/span><\/p>\n
