Dan neemt u best zo snel mogelijk contact op met uw leverancier en uw bank.<\/p>\n<h3>1) Contacteer uw leverancier:<\/h3>\n<p>Wanneer u een aantal automatische incasso&#8217;s hebt lopen bij verschillende leveranciers kan het gebeuren dat er eens iets misloopt. Sinds 2014 is de SEPA-incasso ingevoerd en moet u voortaan uw automatische incasso&#8217;s via uw leverancier regelen en niet meer via uw bank. Voor problemen, stopzettingen en vragen dient u zich dus te richten tot uw leverancier.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer er iets fout is gelopen neem dan allereerst contact op met uw leverancier om de betaling te betwisten en een oplossing te vinden.<\/p>\n<h3>2) Contacteer uw bank<\/h3>\n<p>U kunt uw bank telefonisch of in persoon op de hoogte brengen van uw probleem. Zorg ervoor dat u de juiste informatie bij de hand hebt (mandaatreferte, exacte bedrag, naam van de leverancier,&#8230;), zodat uw bank u snel van dienst kan zijn.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>binnen 8 weken<\/strong>: indien u binnen 8 weken uw bank verwittigt, betalen zij dit bedrag onmiddellijk terug. U moet hiervoor niets bewijzen en de bank doet dit als een soort \u2018eerste hulp bij ongevallen\u2019. Dit wil echter niet zeggen dat de schuld wegvalt, het geeft u en de schuldeiser wel de tijd om een oplossing te vinden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Na 8 weken<\/strong>: merkt u de fout pas na 8 weken, dan heeft u nog 13 maanden de tijd om de betaling te betwisten. Deze keer zal de bank het bedrag niet automatisch terugbetalen. U moet eerst bewijs leveren dat de betwisting terecht is. Dit kunt u doen met een kopie van het akkoord met de leverancier of door een vonnis van de rechtbank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In de meeste gevallen is het geen probleem voor de leverancier om de betwisting te aanvaarden. Zorg ervoor dat u zo snel mogelijk contact opneemt met uw leverancier en dan is het makkelijk uw geld terug te krijgen.<\/p>\n<p>Indien u in de toekomst toch liever niet meer per automatische incasso betaalt, kunt u uw machtiging stopzetten.
