Hierdoor lijkt uw abonnement op Videoland niet meer zo nuttig. Of hebt u misschien een alternatief gevonden en wilt u Videoland opzeggen? Wij lichten graag even toe hoe u dit doet.<\/p>\n<h4>Hoe Videoland opzeggen:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ga naar uw account via de website: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.videoland.com\/account\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.videoland.com\/account<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Wanneer u niet vanzelf bent ingelogd, log even in zodat u op de \u2018Mijn Videoland\u2019-pagina zit<\/li>\n<li>In het midden van de pagina ziet u \u2018abonnement opzeggen\u2019, klik hier op<\/li>\n<li>Daarna vraagt Videoland u nog naar een reden voor opzegging, pas daarna kunt u definitief opzeggen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Opzeggen doet u best via uw pc of laptop, dit is nog niet beschikbaar via de app. Wel is het handig de app na het opzeggen te verwijderen.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer u definitief hebt opgezegd zal uw abonnement niet meteen stoppen. Het wordt stopgezet vanaf de eerste dag van de volgende betaaltermijn. Dit wil zeggen dat wanneer u op 13 mei voor het laatst hebt betaald, uw abonnement zal stoppen op 13 juni.<\/p>\n<p>Na uw opzegging ontvangt u hiervan ook nog een bevestiging per e-mail van Videoland.<\/p>\n<h4>Opzeggen in de proefperiode<\/h4>\n<p>Videoland uitproberen kan voor 2 weken, binnen deze periode kunt u per direct opzeggen. Indien u dit niet doet, begint na de 2 weken een betalend abonnement te lopen voor onbepaalde tijd tot wederopzegging.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De zomer komt er aan!
