Facebook is bij velen niet meer weg te denken uit het dagelijks leven. We delen onze leukste foto\u2019s met familie en vrienden, worden op de hoogte gehouden van verjaardagen, we worden uitgenodigd voor festiviteiten en krijgen meldingen van de activiteiten in onze buurt.<\/p>\n

Maar wat als al die informatie teveel wordt? Volgens statistieken<\/a> heeft het sociale netwerk zo\u2019n 10,4 miljoen gebruikers in Nederland en groeit het nog steeds.<\/p>\n

U hebt er goed over nagedacht en besloten uw tijd in iets anders dan in Facebook te steken. Maar hoe zet u nu uw Facebook account stop? Dit is niet zo eenvoudig maar wij helpen u hier graag mee verder.<\/p>\n

Uw Informatie en foto\u2019s bewaren<\/h4>\n

Vooraleer u uw Facebook account verwijdert kunt u uw foto\u2019s en andere gegevens bewaren. U doet dit door rechts bovenaan op het driehoekje te klikken en naar \u2018Instellingen\u2019 te gaan. Bij \u2018Algemeen\u2019 klikt u op \u2018Een kopie downloaden\u2019. U wordt naar de volgende pagina gebracht waar u het downloaden kan starten.<\/p>\n

Wanneer u niet alle foto\u2019s wil bewaren, kunt u diegene die u wenst bij te houden apart openen en onderaan via \u2018Opties\u2019 op \u2018Downloaden\u2019 klikken.<\/p>\n

Naast het bewaren van de nodige informatie kijkt u best ook naar de verbonden apps. Indien u uw Facebook account verwijdert en u bent nog verbonden met enkele apps, kunt u niet meer inloggen bij deze apps. Bij de meeste apps kunt u de inlogmethode wel aanpassen, sommigen laten dit niet toe.<\/p>\n

Uw Facebook account definitief verwijderen<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hoe uw Facebook account verwijderen:
\n– Ga naar de volgende link: https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/help\/delete_account<\/a>
\n– U krijgt onderstaand pop-up venster te zien, lees dit nauwkeurig en klik hierna op \u2018Mijn account verwijderen\u2019
\n– Bij een tweede pop-up venster worden u nog enkele gegevens gevraagd en kunt u daarna definitief stoppen met Facebook door op \u2018OK\u2019 te klikken<\/p>\n

Facebook geeft u hierna nog 14 dagen te tijd om terug te keren en uw account opnieuw te activieren. Zodra deze 14 dagen zijn verstreken wordt uw account definitief verwijderd. Wanneer u daarna opnieuw gebruik wil maken van Facebook dient u een nieuw account aan te maken.<\/p>\n

Uw Facebook account tijdelijk stopzetten<\/strong><\/p>\n

Facebook geeft u ook de optie om uw account tijdelijk stop te zetten. Gaat u op vakantie? Wilt u eens aanvoelen hoe het is om een tijdje geen Facebook te hebben?
